The answer is yes! It seems that they are hard to find, but if you really look hard you can find many programs that require no start-up fee. What are the real differences between the free programs and the paid program? In my opinion the paid programs are like using a self-help book read to help do a project at your home or office. In most cases you can find the information if you spend the hours necessary on the web necessary to do so. In addition they help you avoid many common pitfalls, which save you time. Time is money in my opinion.
